LINEN & TOWELS

Northwest Lodgings offers two exceptional linen and towel programs to enhance guest satisfaction and simplify property management.

Our **Premium Linen & Towel Program** (By way of the Ritz-Carlton) includes unlimited towel and linen swaps, ensuring pristine replacements for every guest. Each guest receives 1.5 bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and six kitchen towels. This program guarantees a fresh and inviting stay, allowing homeowners to focus on other priorities.
For properties valued under $1 million, our **Standard Linen & Towel Program** offers a cost-effective alternative that still meets high standards of quality and cleanliness, providing a comfortable experience for guests and Owner peace of mind.

A Fresh Start

We proactively coordinate with homeowners from the outset to revitalize their properties. Our onboarding process includes a comprehensive assessment and repair of any areas showing degradation from previous management. This typically involves addressing all visible defects and ensuring all appliances are fully functional before welcoming the first guest. This refresh process effectively eliminates at least two years' worth of normal wear and tear, transforming the property into its former self and preserving it's value. 

This process positively impacts the home's booking rate and reviews, ensuring a strong start and contributing to long-term success.

ONE CONSISTENT MANAGER

Many homeowners seeking a fresh start cite inconsistent communication as a major concern. They often experience slow response times and work with multiple managers during their tenure with other companies. Our solution is simple: one dedicated manager.

3 Month Trial

You've likely heard the saying, "The grass isn't always greener on the other side." We understand that change can be daunting, especially when financial security is involved. To alleviate any concerns, we offer a three-month trial period. If, after three months, we haven't met your expectations, we'll apologize and amicably conclude our partnership.
