Nestled in desirable Olivia Beach, this three-story home provides ample space and amenities for a memorable family getaway.  Enjoy the sound of the ocean waves from the expansive decks and private hot tub.  The well-appointed kitchen, featuring granite counter tops and a gas stove, is perfect for preparing meals.  Gather around the outdoor fire pit or one of the home's fireplaces for cozy evenings.

Inside, you'll find three bedrooms (one king, one queen, one with bunk beds sleeping four), two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa—comfortably accommodating up to ten guests, and one pup (one pup max, please).  A full-size laundry room and attached two-car garage add convenience.  Entertainment options abound with a ping pong table, cornhole, PS4, and multiple TVs.

Outdoor features include multiple decks, a BBQ area, and ample space for al fresco dining.  A short, five-to-seven-minute walk leads to the exclusive neighborhood beach access.

As a resident of Olivia Beach, you'll enjoy access to a seasonal outdoor pool (typically open Memorial Day to early September, subject to HOA regulations), a community gym, a playground, sand volleyball court, and the nearby Olivia Beach Community Park.  Lincoln City Outlets are just 1.5 miles away, Chinook Winds Casino is five miles away, and a public beach access with parking is one mile from the property.  Please note that the private beach access involves stairs.
